We offer both heated and non-heated classes designed to build strength, confidence, and control in a welcoming, community-driven environment.

Warm Studio

Set between 85–95°F to loosen the body, deepen range of motion and elevate the burn.

Non-Heated

Ambient Studio

Kept at a cool, comfortable room temperature for precision, control and steady breath.

Membership Policies

  • 12-hour cancellation window
  • $15 late cancellation fee
  • $20 no-show fee
  • Waitlist automatically enrolls members if a spot opens
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun
  • Memberships may be frozen once per year for up to 2 months ($20/month freeze fee)
  • Membership cancellations require 30 days' written notice
  • Memberships and class packages are non-transferable
  • Unused classes do not roll over unless otherwise stated
  • Founding membership pricing is protected as long as membership remains active
